Fitnik: A Competitive Adult Field Day Presented by Rich Fitness and Gains LLC
We recently held our inaugural day of fun and fitness at Segra Field, Saturday, June 21, 2025. Teams came to compete in exciting co-ed challenges and games that tested strength, agility, and teamwork.
This annual in-person event is perfect for adults looking to have a blast with friends by staying active and reliving the nostalgic games of field days past.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to have some fun, we'll have it all. From tug of war, relay races to kickball, and uno, connect four to jenga - Fitnik has something for everyone! So grab your friends, lace up your sneakers, and get ready to compete for the Second Annual Fitnik championship in 2026. Don't miss out on this epic event!
Bring Your Squad to Win It All!
We encourage you to put your dream team together, but we're also happy to help place you with a team for the day. You will be collectively competing for points throughout the competitions for a chance to call your team the champions of Fitnik. The team size will be between 12-15 with a minimum requirement of 4 women per team.

The 2025 Winners
This year, the Purple Team took home the win! We not only gave them championship medals, but also a prize that’s perfect for the summer season. Each team member took home $300 in travel credits to take the discounted vacation of their desire, thanks to our sponsor, Hawkins Group Dream Vacations!

The minimum age for participants at Fitnik is 18 years old. Proof of age may be requested at any time during Fitnik and must be provided or guest may be required to leave Fitnik without a refund.

At this time, tickets will not be sold at the gate.

The team that scores the most points through team games and wins the championship game will be awarded championship medals. Other prizes may be offered as well.

We will do our best to accommodate participants that want to play together but CAN'T make any guarantees. To increase your chances, buy tickets early and purchase tickets together on one order. When purchasing tickets, state the name and email of who you'd like to team with.

There will be a DJ on site to help provide the appropriate Fitnik vibe. As well, there will be games like spades, uno, and cornhole on the side for those not participating in team games. There will be a few events on the main field for those not on teams that will be disclosed at a later time.
